Lancashire Mortgage Corporation completes £3m worth of loans in seven days

This short term finance has helped a variety of businesses across the UK secure vital funding to aid business growth. Staffordshire-based commercial finance specialist, Finance 4 Business, worked with LMC to provide its clients with this fast and reliable short term funding.

During the bumper week of deals, loan amounts varied from £55,000 to £1.1million and financed the purchase of a mixture of residential investment and commercial properties

LMC and Finance 4 Business has forged an innovative partnership and have worked together to deliver more than £5m of bridging loans in the past couple of months alone. LMC’s speed of transaction, flexibility and its efficient processing abilities were some of the reasons Finance 4 Business selected the lender.
